The Society is consistently contributing genealogical material to the

Shiawassee District Library - Owosso Branch

for their collection and surname file.

Click here to search the Shiawassee County Surname File housed at the Owosso Branch of the Shiawassee District Library. It consists of 50 drawers of index cards, in excess of 62,000 cards total! Information includes cemetery records, data from family group sheets, as well as various other sources. Volunteers from the Shiawassee County Genealogical Society continue to add to the database.
